For no-heat and no-cool calls we aim to be out the same day, and we prioritize homes with infants, elderly residents, or medical needs. Once we have spoken we will give you a real arrival window rather than a vague "sometime this week". If we cannot get to you when you need us, we would rather say so than string you along.
What if I call and nobody picks up?
Leave a message and we will call you back. We are a small crew and we are on tools most of the day, so there are stretches where the phone rings out — usually because we are under a house or up on a roof. That is the trade-off for getting the people who actually do the work rather than a dispatcher. We check messages between jobs, and urgent no-heat and no-cool ones go to the top of the list. The form on this site reaches the same place.
Do you charge for estimates on a new system?
Estimates on system replacement and new installations are free. We come out, measure the home, look at your ductwork, and give you written options. Diagnostic visits on a broken system carry a service call fee, which we tell you about before we schedule.
Should I repair my system or replace it?
It depends on the age of the equipment, the cost of the repair, and how the rest of the system is holding up. We show you both numbers and tell you honestly which one we would choose if it were our house. We do not pressure anyone into a replacement they do not need.
