Our story
The name on the truck is the name on the line.
Davis & Sons Heating and Air was built on a straightforward idea: that a heating and air company should turn up when it says it will, explain what is actually wrong, and charge the number it quoted.
That sounds like a low bar, and it is. But it is the one homeowners across Greenville and Laurens County tell us matters most, so it is what we build everything else around — doing the job properly and letting the reviews do the talking.
We are a licensed and insured South Carolina HVAC contractor, and we work on residential systems of every major brand — whether we installed them or not. Repairs, replacements, heat pumps, furnaces, ductwork, and the seasonal maintenance that keeps all of it from becoming an emergency in the first place.
We are also a small crew, which cuts both ways. It means you get the same faces every time and nobody hands your job off. It also means that when we are elbow-deep in somebody's air handler, the phone rings out. We would rather tell you that up front than promise you an instant answer we cannot always give. You deal with us directly
The person who quotes your job is the person who does it. We are technicians first, so if we are under a house or up in an attic we will miss your call — but we return every message, and it will be one of us calling back, not a stranger reading a script.
We tell you the truth
If the fix is cheap, we say so. If the system is genuinely done, we will show you why rather than just handing you a number.
We treat your house like ours
Shoe covers, drop cloths, and the old equipment hauled away. You should not be able to tell we were there — except that it works again.
We stand behind the work
If something is not right after we leave, call us. We come back. That is the whole reason a local company exists.
